BE HERE
Being present in the moment has become increasingly difficult in our busy digital lives. We often find ourselves running on autopilot, so caught up in completing tasks that the here and now passes us by. It is important to remember that the present moment is the only one we can access, so it pays to take a step back from the mundane daily tasks and take notice of our surroundings.
Instead of mindlessly going through life, being present allows us to connect with other people and find joy in simple pleasures such as watching a sunset or preparing a delicious meal. By training ourselves to be mindful of what's happening right now we can truly experience living life to its fullest potential.
