Each weekend, we're offering two guided sessions designed to help you truly unwind:
Breath and Sound Sat July 18th 9:00am - 10:00am $25 Settle in for a calming journey of guided breathwork and soothing sound, made to ease your mind and reset your body.
Guided Nature Hike with Foraging Sat July 25th 9:00am - 10:00am $39 Walk alongside Malcolm from The Light Cellar as he shares the hidden gifts of the land, teaching you to spot and forage nature's treasures along the way.
