Like our Waygu Beef Burger on the Gazebo patio, the Summer Brunch Menu features local Alberta ingredients. Eggs are key when it comes to scrumptious breakfast plates, and ours are locally raised.

We rolled out the new Azuridge Summer Menus back in May, and the brunch menu features options for every tastebud. Looking for a savoury option? Try the Bagel Lox. For those with a sweet tooth, the Azuridge Waffle is sure to hit the spot – a fresh soft waffle topped with Chantilly cream and salted caramel, served with in-house poached peaches and maple syrup.

At Azuridge, we don’t stop at Sunday Brunch. The Opal Brunch menu is available Saturday and Sunday, from noon to 4pm!
